Taekwondo

Today was our first taekwondo lesson this year. We learnt lots of new skills one of them was we had to act like superman ( we had to lie down on our stomach and put our legs and arms in the air) . We did some relay races. We played it like this:

First I ran to the stage and then I did 5 push ups ran back and high fived the person who was next in my line then they repeated that same method. We did it again but this time we did sit ups after that we did the super hero move. That was so fun and tiring at the same time.

Something I enjoyed through out our lesson was the relay races. 

Something I found challenging  was the the super hero move .

Something I learnt was that you can use taekwondo to protect yourself from danger.
