Welcome back to a new blog post. My blog post is a summer learning journey activity. for this activity I am going to be writing poetry form about my first foot on the moon. I am going to Imagine I am Neil Armstrong.I am going to try make my poem rhyming.

THE MOON
As I put my first foot on the moon my mind turned all bright, When I put my first foot on the moon I thought about the joyful things in my life, As I put my first foot on the moon It is like the a big round ball on a spoon
well that was my poem sorry This was such a short blog post

I really enjoyed reading your blog post this morning about how you would feel if you were in Neil Armstrong's shoes, being the first human to land on the moon. What an awesome poem you have put together, the rhyming you have used is very subtle but also works really well when describing how you would feel.
I really like the detail you used in your poem. Comparing the first foot to the “the joyful things in life” was such a nice touch and I think it is really cool. If you travelled to the moon, what is something that you would take with you and leave on the moon as a memoir?
