Hey beautiful  bloggers

I hope you all are having an awesome holiday. I also cant believe how fast time is going.  We have nearly had three weeks of the holiday already gone.

The task that I am doing today is about Sir Edmund Hillary.  Sir Edmund Hillary is the courageous man who was the first man to climb right to the top of Mt Everest in 1953. Mt Everest is the tallest mountain in the world. I have written five question that I would like to ask Sir Edmond Hillary.

5 Question I would ask to sir Edmund Hillary

1) How old was he when climed the mountain?

2) Was there times when you wanted to give up, and if so what motivated to carry on?

3) Did he pack a bag to take with him, if he did what did he take?

4) How long did it take to clime Mt Everest?

5) What was the hardest thing about climbing Mt Everest?

hope you enjoy

  1. Kia ora Marwah,

Well done on completing another SLJ activity, 'Scaling New Heights', and sharing with us questions that you would like to ask Sir Edmund Hillary. You have come up with some great questions that you give you a lot of insight into his expedition. I really liked your question, 'was there times when you wanted to give up, and if so what motivated to carry on?'. I am sure there were many times that Sir Edmund Hillary would rather turn around so I wonder what made him continue. What would inspire you to take on a challenge like climbing Mt Everest?

I think I would be motivated to climb Mt Everest if it was a goal I set with my Dad. I would be very motivated to make my Dad proud by training hard with him to conquer this goal. Maybe Sir Edmund Hillary had a similar motivation.

I am really enjoying reading all your posts, Marwah. I hope to see you back online soon.

    Kindest regards,
    Megan :)
